While the course provides the basics of criminal intelligence analysis methodology, the information is presented within the framework of intelligence as it relates to terrorist activity.

Topics include: The Intelligence Process, Information Collection and Sourcing, Information Analysis and Developing Intelligence Products, Intelligence Failures and Pitfalls, Creative and Critical Thinking, Intelligence Legal and Ethical Issues, Case Study: The Anatomy of a Hostile Surveillance, Applicable Intelligence Case Studies.
