This course qualifies for 24 hours of the required electives for the CalOES Homeland Security Certificate
Course Tuition is paid by the Riverside UASI
While the course provides the basics of criminal intelligence analysis methodology, the information is presented within the framework of intelligence as it relates to terrorist activity.
Topics include: The Intelligence Process, Information Collection and Sourcing, Information Analysis and Developing Intelligence Products, Intelligence Failures and Pitfalls, Creative and Critical Thinking, Intelligence Legal and Ethical Issues, Case Study: The Anatomy of a Hostile Surveillance, Applicable Intelligence Case Studies.
